The open plan layout combines the living room, kitchen, and dining area. With bi-folding doors leading to a spacious south-facing sun deck, you can enjoy abundant natural light throughout the day. Relax on the sofa and armchairs while watching your favourite shows on the smart TV or listening to music through the Bluetooth music system. Stay connected with USB charging points conveniently available throughout. For added coziness, there's a wood-burning stove to keep you warm.
The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with everything you need, whether you're in the mood for baking or preparing a delightful Sunday lunch. You'll find a filtered water tap, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge freezer, oven and hob, and a dining table with six chairs. Don't forget to indulge in a cup of Nespresso from our coffee machine.
We can host a maximum of 6 people in a party so long as there is a maximum of 4 adults. Thanks
Bedroom 1 offers a twin room with two full-size adult single beds. It provides ample storage space with wall hooks, under-bed storage for suitcases, and a chest of drawers. You'll also find mirrors, a hairdryer, a side table with a drawer, and a readi. Stay comfortable with a radiator and enjoy garden views through a large window covered with blackout curtains.
Step into the modern bathroom, adorned with fired earth tiles. Relax in the bath with a powerful rain shower overhead, while underfloor heating and a heated towel rail add to your comfort.
Bedroom 2 boasts a king-sized bed, a side table with a reading lamp, and convenient storage options such as a blanket box, full-sized mirror, and fitted shelved cupboard. Wall hooks are available for hanging clothes, and two large windows with blackout blinds and curtains provide lovely garden views.
Bedroom 3 offers versatility as a snug, reading room, or a bedroom for one or two children. It features a daybed sofa with a pull-out bed, both equipped with proper single mattresses suitable for adults. Note that climbing over the second bed is necessary to access the other side. This room includes a chest of drawers, reading lamp, blanket box, shelf unit, and hooks on the door for hanging clothes. Enjoy the garden view through the large window covered with blackout curtains.
Outside, our property is surrounded by a fully enclosed and private south-facing garden with a 20m² deck, perfect for lounging or enjoying al fresco dining. Furnished with a table, chairs, a parasol, a comfortable sofa, and a garden bench, this space offers a sheltered and warm haven, even on breezy days. It's ideal for children and four-legged friends to play safely. We provide an outside tap and hose for rinsing off dogs and surfers. as well as a 6m² hard standing that can accommodate a caravan or sailing dinghy. An external electricity point is available upon request. Additionally, a secure storage area in the front of the garage is provided for bicycles, surfboards, and beach equipment.
You'll have off-street private parking for two cars in front of the garage. Enhance your outdoor experience by connecting to our Bose speaker via Bluetooth, cozying up near the chimenea, relaxing on the outside sofa, and enjoying our curated Owlers Retreat Spotify Playlist.
